With over tens years of construction industry experience, Maria Martin established AM Construction in 2014. AM Construction is comprised of a quality team which includes it's foreman, Adelson Fuentes.
Adelson Fuentes personally oversees all aspects of each project on-site daily. Maria and Adelson consciously strive to uphold a working environment that fosters professionalism, organization and efficiency amongst our staff and with our clients. AM Construction takes pride in the professionalism and skilled workmanship we bring to the job site.
Our dedication and performance is reflected in our preparation, quality workmanship, efficiency, careful clean up and the respect we have for our clients and their homes. Our business believes that the collaboration between the client and our team is essential in order to complete the job to customer satisfaction, which is why AM Construction is a contractor who is comfortable with close client oversight.
Good communication is paramount to our business in order to complete each project to the specifications and expectations agreed upon. Our operation is hands-on and does not subcontract our general contracting carpentry or framework to other parties.
AM Construction does subcontract specialty services such as plumbing, electrical, roofing and tile etc. as required by state regulations. AM Construction is “B” general contractor licensed, bonded & insured (liability, property damage and workers compensation). Upon request, our operation also gives lien waivers to provide additional financial assurance to our clients. »
